DELTA®-MS Foundation Waterproofing Membrane™
A highly-effective foundation waterproofing system, based on a uniquely formed air-gap membrane.

The membrane is remarkably impermeable to water and water vapor and unaffected by acidic or alkaline environments. Equipped with highly efficient additive packages, the HDPE is stabilized against oxidation and provides outstanding compressive strength, impact resistance, chemical and environmental stress crack resistance.

DELTA®-MS is the only dimpled membrane in the market that is being manufactured in a co-extrusion process, utilizing virgin polyurethane on the outside layers and post-industrial recycled HDPE in the middle. Thus the product is significantly more resilient to environmental influences like oxygen, acidic soils or alkaline environments (concrete wall) etc. Tests performed by independent and accredited laboratories prove the unrivaled long-term performance.

8mm HDPE (High Density Polyurethane) dimples form an air-gap space between the DELTA®-MS drain board and the foundation wall.
Condensate water from drying concrete, or other incidental water drains by gravity to the foundation footer and to outflow drain lines.
DELTA®-MS is impermeable to water, water vapor and impervious to soil acids and fertilizers which may be present in soils.
